Event: Summit of the NATO Military Committee in Ukraine

Task : To organize a celebratory lunch on the territory of the Academy of Land Forces named after Hetman Pyotr Sahaidachny, and a buffet dinner in the premises of the Opera House for 115 guests for dozens of generals, VIP guests of the city, the Chairman of the NATO Military Committee and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces

Implementation : All preparatory work on the territory of the Academy was carried out at night the day before the event, as for installation and preparatory work in the Opera House, they were carried out by the launch group in parallel during the festive lunch. There was no opportunity to work at night in the Opera House. Also, the unprecedented security of this event added to the complexity, almost all items were checked, which added time costs. Still, we managed and we know for sure that the customers were satisfied!

Подія:  Відкриття локації Trembita Rooftop

Завдання: Організувати офіційне відкриття одного із найбільших просторів для святкування у Західній Україні. Кількість гостей 220

Реалізація: Для реалізації проекту було залучено близько 30 спеціалістів. Весь монтаж проводився 2 дні. Результатом ми більш як задоволені. Одним словом відкриття вдалось на п'ятірочку!)

Event: Jubilee at the theater named after Maria Zankovetska

Task : set up a buffet line and organize an anniversary celebration for 130-150 guests, we could not know the exact number of guests before the event began

Implementation : We carried out the installation of buffet lines, cocktail tables and equipment the day before the event. The decoration took place from the very morning and lasted approximately until 16.00. The event was implemented exactly as the customer wanted. It's nice when guests take pictures at the table for 20 minutes!

Event: Beautiful Moments Pavillion outdoor wedding

Task : to organize a turnkey wedding for 50 guests without ever meeting the final customer. Intrigue is added by the fact that the customers were not even in Ukraine, and the wedding organizer was in the city of Kharkiv

Implementation : First of all, we determined the priority and fundamental nuances/wishes of the customer. All subtleties and comments were clearly spelled out in the organizational letter. Such an agreement format excludes a full-fledged and long-term discussion, therefore our customer was forced to rely on us 100%. In our opinion, the event was extremely successful.

Event: corporate event of "Bader Ukraine" company

The task : to organize a sweet buffet for 3100 people, three shifts of employees, and management. Dishes are served at one time, the largest of them for 1450 guests. The customer stipulated that the process should not take more than 45 minutes.

Implementation : for implementation, the customer provided us with a power grid with a capacity of 45 kW. The serving of dishes lasted 21 minutes, thanks to the "conveyor" principle of the buffet line, where our individual employee was responsible for only one process. The length of the line was 30 meters. Caitnring's event was held on 5+

Подія:  марафон у Львові 2016 рік та 2017 рік ,  "Run Ukraine"

Завдання: У 2016 році організувати харчування на 420 волонтерів, 3 зони регенерації  розраховані до 2000 осіб, та Віп зона розрахована до 100 гостей.

У 2017 році харчування на 480 волонтерів, учасників до 2500, Віп зона також орієнтовно до 100 осіб.  

Реалізація: вся команда була поділена на 6 груп, які працювали незалежно одна від одної. Оскільки місто було перекрите для руху автотранспорту, змонтоване усе обладнання було вночі. Для реалізації завдання було залучено близько 30 працівників. Погодні умови були складні, постійний дощ під час двох марафонів, Всеж завдання було виконано без жодних затримок. Формат кейтерингу був адаптований під кожне із завдань

Event: Corporate IT company in Transcarpathia

Task : To provide 3 meals in a barbecue format for 180 guests (Family Day) in "Derenivska Kupel"

Implementation : a barbecue kitchen was installed for the customer at night. The food was served "from the fire", there were no preliminary preparations, the customer wanted the entire cooking process to take place in front of the guests. This is probably our favorite format of catering service.

Event: Corporate IT company, Transcarpathia, 2017

Task : To provide 3 meals in a barbecue format for 185 guests (Family Day) in "Derenivska Kupel"

Implementation : the implementation actually did not differ from the previous year, the composition of the menu was changed by 60%

Event: Wedding (outdoor) in the forest, Zhovkivskyi district

Task : To provide buffet menu, traditional banquet and barbecue menu for 120 guests and banquet-type service

Implementation : we carried out the installation and delivery of the necessary equipment the day before the event. All the products were brought a few hours before the start. The barbecue kitchen is open, and guests had the opportunity to observe the process of cooking. Everything went without any problems

Event: Outdoor wedding at the premises of the RKU in Bryukhovych

Task : To organize the basic decoration of the hall, the banquet for the guests and the service in the room that was provided for the wedding celebration. The premises are used as a canteen for seminarians.

Implementation : all work began the day before the celebration. The team was divided into two groups: the technical team, which had to prepare the possibility of this event as such, and the service team, which already directly served the guests (waiters). The food was prepared at our production base, only reheated and refueled on site.

Event: "Field Day" for the Euralis company

Task : Set up tents, a buffet table, cocktail tables and provide a coffee break at 9:00 a.m. and a barbecue buffet at 12:00 p.m. for 120-150 guests of the event in the Buski district of the Lviv region.

Implementation : the transport left the site at 3:00 a.m., approximately at 5:00 a.m. installation work began. The task was complicated by difficult weather conditions in the morning (October, very cold and there was a little fog). By 8.30 all work was done, no delays or technical problems. We provided really high-quality catering services in a place completely unsuitable for this

Подія:  Відкриття сервісного центру компанії John Deere

 

Завдання: Забезпечити два кава-брейки, та барбекю обід для 140-150 гостей. Змонтувати фуршетну лінію і комфортні зони для гостей (лавки, столи, коктейльні столики, тощо)

Реалізація: Все технічне обладнання та столи ми завезли за день до початку події, технічну підготовку провели уночі. Зранку була змонтована барбекю лінія. Гостей було навіть більше, ніж було заявлено. Окільки ми посуду брали з запасом, усім всього було достатньо.

Event: "Field Day" for Agrosem and Agroprodservice

Task : To organize a coffee break and a buffet lunch for the participants of the event. In total, two zones were installed at a distance of 250 meters from each other.

Implementation : the installation team was on site at 4:00 a.m. All preparatory work was carried out by 9:00 a.m. At 10:00 a.m., the coffee-break zone functioned as planned. The basis of the lunch buffet was freshly prepared barbecue dishes from the barbecue line. Technically, the project is quite complex (the distance from our base is 170 km), but thanks to a clear plan of action, it was implemented without any technical problems
