1. Classic cheesecakes with flour
Ingredients:
Fatty cheese - 500 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Wheat flour - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt - a pinch
Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
Rub the cheese through a sieve so that it becomes uniform.
Add egg, sugar, salt and flour. Mix everything well.
Form small balls from the obtained mass, roll them in flour.
Fry the cheesecakes in a hot pan with vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
2. Cheese cakes with semolina
Ingredients:
Fatty cheese - 500 g
Semolina - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Egg - 1 pc.
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt - a pinch
Vanilla sugar - to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
Mash the cheese with a fork, add semolina, egg, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.
Let it stand for 10-15 minutes so that the semolina swells.
Then proceed according to the same principle as when preparing classic cheesecakes.
3. Cheesecakes with oatmeal
Ingredients:
Fatty cheese - 500 g
Oat flakes - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Egg - 1 pc.
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l.

Preparation:
Grind oatmeal in a blender until it becomes flour.
Then proceed according to the same principle as when preparing classic cheesecakes, replacing flour with oatmeal.
4. Cheesecakes with banana
Ingredients:
Fatty cheese - 500 g
Banana - 1 pc.
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt - a pinch
Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
Mash the banana with a fork.
Add cheese, egg, sugar, salt and flour. Mix everything well.
Then proceed according to the same principle as when preparing classic cheesecakes.
5. Cheesecakes with raisins
Ingredients:
Fatty cheese - 500 g
Raisins - 50 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt - a pinch
Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
Pour boiling water over the raisins for 10 minutes, then discard on a sieve and dry.
Then proceed according to the same principle as when preparing classic cheesecakes, adding raisins to the cheese mass.
6. Cheesecakes with apples
Ingredients:
Fatty cheese - 500 g
Apple - 1 pc.
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt - a pinch
Cinnamon - to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
Peel the apple, grate it on a coarse grater.
Add apple to cheese, egg, sugar, salt, cinnamon and flour. Mix everything well.
Then proceed according to the same principle as when preparing classic cheesecakes.
7. Cheesecakes in the oven
Ingredients:
Fatty cheese - 500 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt - a pinch
Vegetable oil for greasing the mold
Preparation:
Prepare the cheese mass in the same way as for classic cheesecakes.
Grease the baking form with oil.
Put the curd mass in a mold, forming round cheesecakes.
Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
